Please be aware that we have received over 8" of rain this "rain year" (Oct.1 - Sept 30) and as a result the BLM will likely close Clear Creek for 72 hours after a significant rainfall. Specifically, their rules call for closure if a half inch of rain falls in a 24 hour period or 1" in a 72 hour period.
We recommend that you check the BLM's Clear Creek Hotline for closure information before you drive down to the creek. 831-630-5060.
