Link to lyrics and chords.  You can click on the chord name to see a diagram of the chord.  The chords not found in the student workbook are the E minor chord that is a variation of the E chord found on page 14 and the Bm or B minor chord which is the same as the Am chord but moved up two positions (frets) on the neck.  

The song is sung in the Key of A but played using chords from the Key of G (as shown in the lyrics above) with a capo at the second fret.  

If you don't have a capo, then you can play the song along with the video using the following chords from the Key of A:

Play the A chord instead of G.  Play the E chord instead of D.  Play the D chord instead of C.  Play the F#m chord instead of the Em.  Play the C#m chord instead of the Bm.
